Situated outside the small town of West Grove and close to over 20 golf courses and gourmet restaurants, Jenner’s Pond provides 88 acres of rolling farmland, streams, ponds, and shade trees that is an ideal location for an active retirement. The beautifully landscaped campus is lined with walking trails is just the start of an active retirement. There are two-bedroom cottages and a series of apartment units that range between one and two bedrooms. The apartments come in a variety of layouts, with dens, dining rooms, sunrooms, decks or balconies. Each comes with oversized closets and eat-in kitchens, while residents will also enjoy extra storage and all maintenance is provided. The community center on campus has four distinct dining rooms, a pub, a library, and a theatre. Recreation includes art studios, a computer center, and a library. The campus includes event rooms and outdoor areas that are ideal for visiting with grandchildren and great-children.
